Alright sorry for the delayyyyyy

So basically we are going with a TB challenge because had I been on, this would not have happened as I would have posted the results as soon as Cochran voted. But since I was not online, I went with the voting rule that I had in Rules [you can change your vote before deadline / unless all votes are locked] however I also had a confessional rule that I did not enforce [if you don't write a confessional for two rounds, you receive a self-vote] because I originally only put that there because I didn't expect the game to be active. Jerri hasn't posted a confessional for a while so therefore she would have had a self vote had I enforced this rule.

So to be fair because of inconsistency, we will do a simple TB challenge to determine the outcome.
